By placing an order with Ivory Bakehouse, you agree to the terms below.

Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before they are prepared. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

Made-to-Order Products
Ivory Bakehouse products are prepared in small batches and made to order. Product appearance may vary slightly from photos while maintaining the quality and description provided.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are prepared specifically for each customer, changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Pickup & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Pickup and delivery instructions will be provided with the order confirmation. Delivery fees and service areas are determined by Ivory Bakehouse.

Allergen Information
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Customers are responsible for informing Ivory Bakehouse of relevant allergies before ordering.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for properly storing and handling products after pickup or delivery.
